August 24, 2016: Today marks the opening of two new restaurant and bars in the Chicago loop: Boleo, a South American rooftop restaurant and bar and Vol. 39, a refined lobby bar, at the new The Kimpton Gray Hotel.
Boleo welcomes guests with a Southern hospitality. The drink menu consist of 25 Peruvian inspired cocktails and food that puts a modern spin on classic Argentinian dishes.
Vol. 39 is located on the second floor of the Kimpton Gray Hotel. This sophisticated lobby bar offers a wide collection of wine and spirits, making it a choice venue for an after work drink. Guests can enjoy small bites as well as tableside cart service which includes items such as cheese spreads and decadent desserts.
