February 3, 2020: Founded in 1743, Moët & Chandon introduced champagne to the world by offering a range of unique wines for every occasion. A champagne of choice to celebrate private moments of great personal importance, the brand has unveiled its limited-edition Signature Rosé Impérial, with a bold, new design in a black-and-rose-gold colour scheme that flaunts the dominance of Pinot Noir grapes in the meticulous assemblage of Rosé Impérial, on a bottle adorned with a modern version of one of the House’s oldest rosé champagne labels.
The Signature Rosé Impérial introduces a new deep matte shade of black on the bottle embellished with a rose gold-trimmed tie, just below the bottle’s neck redesigned with a rose gold logo atop a strikingly deep black shade, chosen as a subtle yet unmistakable nod to the force of Pinot Noir grapes that make up 45% of the assemblage of wine varieties blended to create the House’s aromatic Rosé Impérial. Tying the modernity of Moët & Chandon’s Rosé Imperial with the grandeur of the House’s history is a “Rosé Signature” label in a wispy shade of raspberry, emblazoned on the rose gold brushed marks, bearing an embossed matte black logo.
Inside the new bottle sits the liquid renowned for its radiant colour, intense fruitiness and seductive palate. Combining the three traditional cépages of Champagne with a dominance of Pinot Noir and Meunier, it is produced by first making red and white still wines separately, before blending them together, to preserve the extraction, aromatics, structure and intense pink color for which Moët &Chandon’s Rosé Impérial is known. The new design adorns exclusively the 750ml bottles of Moët & Chandon’s limited-edition Signature Rosé Impérial Collection, and the limited-edition Signature gift box that contains an institutional 75cl bottle of Rosé Impérial.
The special edition is available at chic restaurants, hotel bars, the trendiest bars and lounges and wines stores.
