January 12, 2016: The upscale Vivanta by Taj – Fisherman’s Cove hotel in Chennai has launched a new restaurant, called Upper Deck. The restaurant overlooks the calming Bay of the Bengal waters, combining a fresh menu of bistro style food with a stylish casual atmosphere.
The new additions offer guests a collection of traditional family recipes native to Northern France and North Western Italy including the finest seafood, meats, and desserts. Created carefully by its chefs, Vivanta by Taj – Fisherman’s Cove puts together nutritious salads and aromatic sauces made with the freshest ingredients.
Enjoy creations such as Giant Shrimp grilled with sea salt (Fettuccini, Parmesan, Lemon Zest); Artichoke and waterchestnut filled potatoes (Turkish chilli sauce); and Grilled Eggplant Roll with Ricotta and Arugula (Cous Cous, Roasted Tomato Sauce).
