June 21, 2018: Alila Anji, the luxurious resort in Zhejiang, China, will be hosting celebrations for its’ second anniversary from July 1-3, 2018. These celebrations include a pop-up dinner in collaboration with Light & Salt, Shanghai’s leading lifestyle dining concept group. While the first events will be for media and invited guests, the celebrations will become open to public booking on July 13 and 14.
Recreating the local cuisine, Alila Anji’s Local Head Chef Jason Zhu brings years of experience using the “farm-to-table” tradition of local ingredients within the Anji region. Alongside him, Light & Salt Chef Johnston Teo of the Pine at Rui Jin, brings his philosophy of ‘less is more’, with his combination of contemporary Western techniques. The talented duo will prepare exquisite menus for the three events on July 1-3. For the rest of August, the resort will feature the Pine menu.
All exclusive events will house 16 guests in the Alila living room, a private setting with gorgeous ambiance.
