Craving a break from the hustle and bustle of city life? What better way to unwind than indulging in laid-back, sun-soaked brunches along the coast? Aman has announced its latest haute cuisine concept, Nura.
Launching in key destinations including the shores of Korakia Beach at Amanzoe, Greece, and the golden sands of Amanpuri, Thailand, Nura is Aman’s homage to the vibrant variety of Mediterranean cuisine and culture.
Introducing an easygoing, beachside ambiance to fine dining, Nura follows pre-existing global restaurant concepts: Arva, a celebration of Italy’s cuisine, and Nama, a tribute to Japanese washoku cooking. Keeping in touch with Aman’s values, Nura similarly emphasizes the origin of its ingredients and a deep reverence for gastronomic tradition.
Nura’s menu showcases the art of grilling, besides presenting a delicious spread of exquisite tapas, crudos, salads, and pizzettes, served up amidst live music and relaxed beats that echo the natural beauty of each address and the rhythmic hiss of the rippling waves.
Signature dishes comprise a yellowtail tiradito with citrus dressing, Manchego, and black truffle croquettes, as well as charcoal-fired meats and freshly caught seafood, such as local seabass and whole spiny lobster.
A curation of seasonal sorbet and ice cream, as well as a Basque cheesecake, are the perfect way to end your soulful meals, complemented perfectly by energizing cocktails, chilled wines, and iced teas, all encapsulating an afternoon of beachfront dining.
Nura is open for lunch and dinner at Amanzoe and lunch only at Amanpuri.
