A lot of people find living out of a car to be a little claustrophobic, even if you have a massive tent to sleep in, and there’s miles of grassland around for the eye to see. As such, it’s best to put a bit of thought into the best transport for your trip. And for us, we’d always recommend choosing to travel by RV here.
Indeed, if you choose to take an RV on the road for your camping trip, there’s a chance you won’t even need to set up a tent. After all, you can sleep, cook, and hang out in the RV! You can also choose to stay at an RV park that can act as your base for operations for the trip, and then take daily excursions from there.
Make Sure Your Camping Spot Comes with Amenities
Not all campgrounds are the same. Some are made with the extreme outdoorsy people in mind, meaning there are little to no amenities to rely on, while others are made to offer some comfort and convenience to anyone staying within them. If you want to be comfortable on your trip, aim for the latter here!
If you’re worried about having no access to a toilet, make sure your campground comes with full bathroom facilities. If you’re worried about the lack of clean clothing, make sure your booking will take care of the laundry for you. Don’t Be Afraid to Decorate Your Tent
Just like in the fairy-like pictures you usually see, you can decorate your tent to be a far more comfortable and even luxurious place to be. Hang up string lights, put a rug down, make sure you’ve got plenty of throw pillows and blankets around – anything you like that makes your home feel cozy can also be applied here.
