Carl Suchy & Söhne continue their love & reverence for Viennese watchmaking

With precise engineering and artistic aesthetics, the Table Waltz Tourbillon couldn’t be more captivating.

With a heritage dating back to the 1800s, Carl Suchy & Söhne is an Austrian watch brand deeply rooted in its history and culture. Drawing inspiration from Viennese imperial history and the rich tapestry of Vienna’s culture, the brand has consistently produced sporty and robust automatic watches and table clocks. These timepieces are not merely functional but carry the essence of Austrian heritage and craftsmanship. Following the success of the Table Waltz, Carl Suchy & Söhne proudly introduced the Table Waltz Tourbillon, a model that seamlessly blends history with timeless modern aesthetics.

The mastermind behind this extraordinary creation is the Austrian master watchmaker, Therese Wibmer. The tourbillon, a remarkable complication, comprises over 50 components exclusively manufactured for the table clock. The escapement and oscillating system of the Table Waltz Tourbillon rotates on its axis, not only elevating the aesthetic appeal of the clock but also adding a dynamic and technical dimension.

The design of the Table Waltz Tourbillon is credited to the acclaimed Viennese designer Rainer Mutsch. This exquisite timepiece not only exemplifies Viennese craftsmanship in its design and manufacturing but extends to every intricate detail. The glass on both the front and back features facet cuts and hand engravings achieved through collaboration with the esteemed Viennese company J. & L. Lobmeyr. Integrated seamlessly into the conical shape of the brass casing, the glass serves as a luminous stage for the gracefully floating bar mechanism. Standing at a height of 25 cm, the dark, satin-finished case is meticulously crafted from the finest materials.
