August 2, 2019: ChaoBella, at Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla, is hosting the ‘Travelling Dimsums’ festival this monsoon with a wide selection of steamy delights.
According to Chef Sumit Sinha, Travelling Dimsums is an endeavor to bring out hidden gems such as Duck Dumplings and Flower Dumplings from twelve regions of China including Beijing, Shanghai and many others.
The menu includes some never heard before variants such as Black Diamond that takes its colour from the edible squid ink and Rainbow Dimsums that uses extracts from seven flowers in its coating.
Other interesting dim sums at the festival would be – artistic Flower Dim sums, therapeutic Chicken Shiitake Pouch and many more. A special Travelling Dimsums guide narrates the tale of origin of each Dimsum from mainland China in order to take the guests on a culinary journey to the land of Dimsums.
The festival will take place from August 5 to August 20 between 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm and 7 pm to 11:45 pm.
