Chef Nobu presents Enchantments of India, a Japanese culinary treat, in Mumbai

 October 26, 2010 – Japanese food enthusiasts have a reason to celebrate! Legendary Japanese restaurant group, Nobu London, is coming to India. The Marigold Group has created the concept and invited Chef Nobu, the master of eclectic Japanese cuisine, to Mumbai. Five exclusive nights from the November 11-15, 2010 are to be hosted at Villa 39. The Italian restaurant Villa 39 will embrace the world renowned style of Nobu London and will undergo a stunning transformation.
Named ‘The Enchantments of India’ these five days will follow a specially crafted menu by The Master Chefs at Nobu London. The legendary Chef Nobu shall fly from Tokyo to attend two of the five nights in person. Nobu London will host two exclusive luncheons and five dinners on these international tour dates. A delightful custom made fixed menu and an unforgettable ambience will bring together a spectacular marriage of Japanese cuisine with Indian culture.
