June 12, 2017: A brilliant diamond star tiara, necklace, and parure from the Victorian Era are being featured in Christie’s jewelry auction.
There are 14 individual diamond stars, which can be worn on top of the tiara, to dress up the necklace, or lengthen the earrings.
The pieces are presented in their original wooden case, circa 1870.
