June 17, 2014: Clinique’s New Lash Power Feathering Mascara features an advanced formula and innovative new brush to build full, plush lashes without flaking or smudging, yet removes easily with warm water.
The soft and plush brush applicator was developed to create feathery lashes. The array of fluffy yet densely packed bristles “scoop” the formula from the mascara barrel and then deposit the mascara at the base of the lash line. As the brush and formula are pulled from lash root to tip, lashes separate and stretch to maximize their length.
The innovative, clump-resistant formula contains state-of-the-art polymeric stretching technology inspired by the unique properties of honey. Clinique scientists have harnessed the benefits of a polysaccharide called Pullulan and its honey-like consistency to help stretch lashes out easily upon application. It also includes the advanced thermal technology that was initially developed for humid Asian environments and is resistant to tears, rain, sweat, pool water, ocean water and humidity.
