July 30, 2012: Damiani, an Italian jewellery brand, celebrated superior craftsmanship of handmade jewellery, cars and the spirit of luxury with the CannonBall Club at Shiro, Hotel Samrat, New Delhi.
The evening hosted by Damiani and Mr Sahil Bhatia, Director – Baani Group, and member of the CannonBall Club, saw an exclusive gathering of Delhi’s elite as they celebrated fast cars and Damiani’s sparkly baubles.
Mr Bhatia said, “A few weeks ago, I had read that Damiani designed a prancing horse pendant for Ferrari. Being a car aficionado, curiosity just got the best of me!”
One of the highlights of the show was Damiani’s Regina Cleopatra, inspired by royalty, included white gold rings, earrings and pendants, all encrusted with diamonds and rubies. Also in the limelight was Damiani’s exquisite India inspired Mini Peacock collection – a set of single feather earrings, feather ring and a three feathered pendant. Each gold piece is enhanced with diamonds, emeralds and sapphires, cleverly combined in original shapes.
