January 26, 2016: The Dubai Food Festival is hosting the greatest line-up of events and promotions they’ve had, including the first ever Dubai Restaurant Week.
The festival allows guests to experience extraordinary food offerings of Dubai in this sensational 17-day program. The brand new ‘A Taste Celebration’ theme aims to mimic the diversity, creativity and multicultural characteristics of Dubai’s signature dishes.
Included in the Dubai Food Festival is the unveiling of the Dubai Restaurant Week. The week consists of three-course set menus from thirty of the most admired and sought out restaurants. The newly redesigned Beach Canteen will feature 15 magnificent restaurant concepts with celebrity chef appearances, picturesque beach dining, local music and children’s activities.
Yet another exciting new event included in The Dubai Food Festival is the ‘Hidden Gem’ contest. The contest encourages local residents and regular regional visitors to submit an experience that revealed the ‘undiscovered’ side of the flourishing Dubai restaurant scene. The best submission wins a three-night stay in Dubai for two, including flights, a luxury restaurant experience from one of the thirty participating restaurants, as well as a unique Hidden Gems tour experience.
