Dusit Hotels and Resorts is bringing its distinctive Asian hospitality to Vietnam’s capital, with the opening of Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi on May 9, 2025. The new hotel stands by West Lake in Hanoi’s Tay Ho district, and introduces a contemporary stay with roots in one of Hanoi’s most culturally rich districts.
This marks Dusit’s debut in Hanoi and its second hotel in Vietnam, following Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort in Phu Quoc. The new hotel draws inspiration from Princess Từ Hoa, a royal figure known for leaving palace life in the 12th century to help grow the local silk industry in the Nghi Tàm area. Her story continues to resonate through the hotel’s design and outlook, with a focus on artistry, community, and connection.
The property features 207 rooms and suites with views of either West Lake or the Hanoi skyline. The interiors combine modern comfort with Vietnamese design elements, and service is delivered with the warmth and attentiveness for which Dusit is known.
Guests can choose from a range of dining options. Soi Restaurant offers bold Thai flavours. Vinci Italian Restaurant and Rooftop Bar serves Italian cuisine with wide views of the city. Phở Lụa is a more relaxed, open-air space dedicated to Vietnam’s iconic noodle soup. For coffee, tea, and light snacks, Dusit Gourmet provides an easygoing spot. Four private dining rooms are also available for more personal or formal gatherings.
For wellness and recreation, the hotel features a fully equipped gym and designated spaces for wellness activities. Events can be hosted across three spacious ballrooms and a rooftop venue overlooking West Lake—well-suited for weddings, corporate meetings, and other social functions.
“We are honoured to expand our presence in Vietnam and bring Dusit’s distinctive Thai-inspired gracious hospitality to Hanoi for the very first time,” said Gilles Cretallaz, Chief Operating Officer, Dusit International. “Inspired by the remarkable legacy of Princess Từ Hoa, Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi is much more than a new hotel—it is a celebration of cultural heritage, artistic spirit, and heartfelt service.”
The hotel is situated on Au Co Street, just 20 minutes by car from Noi Bai International Airport and provides easy access to major landmarks across Hanoi.
To mark the opening, Dusit is offering a Princess’ Welcome package for Dusit Gold members. The limited-time offer includes exclusive rates, a personalised welcome drink, breakfast for two at Soi Restaurant, early check-in, late check-out, a complimentary upgrade (subject to availability), and up to 25% off dining.
