February 16, 2011: Giorgio Armani has launched the first Emporio Armani store in Mumbai, India. The store, located at the Palladium Mall, will cover 2,300 square feet.
Much more than a fashion store, the new store design embodies Giorgio Armani’s vision of the modern, fashionable lifestyle that Emporio Armani represents. The store offers the complete Emporio Armani lifestyle collection for men and women including formal and casual wear, sportswear, leather accessories, watches, eyewear, and jewellery collections.
The ceiling is in light marmorino, while flooring is made of bright stone, giving the location a striking, glamourous appearance. A big screen projecting catwalk images of the current collection dominates the store, while large backlit advertising images characterise the interior. A substantial accessories area forms a luxurious and private room. Wall coverings alternate between black glass and bronze panelling throughout the store. The façade is personalized with black glass enclosing a stylized eagle.
In all, the new Emporio Armani store guarantees an elegant shopping experience!
