October 16, 2018: Fabergé, the Russian jewellery brand, presented a new addition to the highly sought-after Visionnaire DTZ range, the Visionnaire DTZ Yellow Gold. The new Visionnaire DTZ’s movement is developed exclusively by Agenhor Manufacture, merging modern technology with the brand’s culture and heritage. The design boasts a case comprised of 18 karat yellow gold with titanium, complimented by a classic blue facia – a definitive colour that never goes out of style.
Timepieces Director, Aurélie Picaud, says, “I am excited to present this new addition to the incredibly successful Visionnaire DTZ range. This new piece adds a vintage twist on the classic style of the original design, while retaining the key elements that really characterise the Fabergé brand; heritage, ingenuity, surprise and craftsmanship; resulting in a distinctively powerful aesthetic.”
The multi-purpose nature of the piece that allows time-keeping to run across two timezones marks its practicality. Staying true to Faberge’s philosophy of creating intrigue, the unique and intricate method in which the second time zone is seen on the watch can only be visible when the watch is seen at a right angle, a secret only the watch owner will know!
The strap, presented from vintage calf leather replaces the alligator skin, maintaining a skilfully crafted bold and contemporary look, while adding a distinguished vintage appeal. Made from 6924 calibre, specifically developed to fit the dimensions of the 43mm precious metal case, the wath is water resistant for up to 50m.
