September 10, 2012: Chef Vincenzo Zizza, Italian Chef de Cuisine of Fratelli Fresh at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, invites all grilled food lovers to savour a menu specially crafted by him along with exquisite wines, from September 6-30, 2012.
Chef Zizza will showcase his culinary skills with Pollastro alla diavola (devilled chicken), Cotolette di maiale (marinated pork chops), Aragosta (fresh lobster), Scamponi (river prawns), Spiedini di gamberoni (tiger prawn skewers) and Filetto di sogliola (sole fish fillet).
Apart from the mains, Chef will also serve antipasto like Bruschetta di formaggio, broccoli e salmon (cream cheese, broccoli, smoked salmon), Bruschetta spinaci, mozzarella e melanzane (spinach, mozzarella, eggplant), Pomodorini e cacioricotta (cherry tomato, fried garlic, mild feta cheese) and Antipast o misto (cold cuts, olives, pickles) to name a few. Take your pick from an impressive array of sauces like Red Wine, Bourbon Barbeque, Spicy Barbeque, Mushroom and Pepper sauce to accentuate the deliciousness of your mains.
