George V Eatertainment launches dining concept b-bar in India

Parisian company George V Eatertainment is soon launching their iconic dining concept, b-bar, in India

Buddha Bar in KievAugust 16, 2012: George V Eatertainment, the creators of dining concepts like the The Bound, Buddha-Bar and Little Buddha Cafes in Paris, Monte Carlo, Dubai, Manila and more, are set to introduce their first-ever b-bar in New Delhi.

Positioned as uber-luxe, as soon as you enter this restaurant-bar-lounge, its monumental proportions promise to enthrall and charm with their exotic atmosphere. Occupying a sprawling 25,000 sq. ft., of which 16,000 sq. ft. is dedicated to the restaurant of 330 covers with four private dining rooms, b-bar is set to liven Delhi’s dining options on the 4th floor at Select City Walk in Saket.

Opening in August 2012, the unique furniture, fixtures and decorations, all of which are themed on the pan-Asian, Buddhist period, are hand-picked and reflect the same identity of the outlets worldwide. Since their menus at all locations have a fusion of Asian cuisines, b-bar Delhi will also follow suit with signature dishes accentuated with Indian flavours.

The essence of b-bar being its music, George V Eatertainment has spawned a worldwide cult of DJs who have cut memorable Lounge Music albums for Buddha Bar and have become famous the world over. The music will include the legendary Buddha Bar chill-out sound starting with Lounge and progressing to Electronic and House music with elegantly infused Asian influences and yes, a visibly Indian texture. DJ Naz, who has played in all the Buddha Bars spread over the continents, will bring the international experience as the resident DJ.

b-bar will be open every day for lunch (12:30-15:30) with the lounge from 6 pm onwards and dinner service 7 pm onwards.
