For the first time, Ginori 1735, the luxury house of porcelain creations, explored the world of interior designs and has introduced an impeccable line of lamps, furnishings and fabrics. Designed by Luca Nichetto, the new collection is an expression of the brand’s notions and heritage, created in collaboration with expert craftsmen and two prestigious partners – Barovier&Toso and Rubelli.
Alain Prost, Chairman and CEO of Ginori 1735, said, “Domus fully expresses the unfailing capacity for evolution of Ginori 1735, whose objective is to pursue the exploration of worlds near and far, also by experimenting new challenges, moved by a desire to dialogue constantly with new markets and new clients.”
The collection, entirely made in Italy, is a testament to the maison’s unique vision and approach. Classic statement pieces that revolve around contemporary designs using unusual combinations of material take center stage. Each design is brilliantly conceived and boldly crafted.
The star of the show is the jacquard fabrics honoring the famous decorations at the Manifattura, created thanks to the collaboration with Rubelli. The evolution of the brand’s style is evident in the LaVenus lounge chair, the Dulcis armchair and pouf, the LaTour cabinet, and the Optique coffee table, all designed by Luca Nichetto while the lighting fixtures, Trinitas and Sideris table lamps, were created in collaboration with Barovier&Toso. The collection also features lead-free crystalware and cutlery.
To be officially presented during the upcoming Milan Design Week, the brand produced pieces that are deeply rooted in its quintessential Ginori style and captures the ever changing facets of the evolving generation. Focusing on elegant style and serenity, Domus aims to introduce a new sense of luxury in everyday life.
