February 27, 2012: Celebrated golfer Shiv Kapur hosted an evening to preview the Spring Summer Collection of Canali over an evening of malt appreciation at the Canali Boutique in DLF Emporio, New Delhi
Hosted in association with Glenfiddich Single Malt, guests were seen sipping on the Glenfiddich 15 year old Single malt Scotch whisky, while appreciating the latest, sophisticated and colourful Spring Summer 2012 collection. A vanilla based cocktail made with Glenfiddich whisky was also much appreciated among the crowd!
The collection has an increasingly free and uninhibited sense of style and elegance, brimming with references to other cultures, but without losing its Italian personality. Jackets are shorter and hug the waist, shoulders are even softer and lapels are higher and narrower in the most metropolitan lines. Narrow trousers for suits are softer and wider when worn with separate jackets, especially the Kei, or the new Nawab five-button version with Korean collar.
The fabrics are made from the finest natural fibres: silk, linen, and wool – often combined with the previous two – and cotton.
