July 16, 2019: Good Earth, founded by Anita Lal in 1996, celebrates the heritage of India and Asia through its unique design stories. The leading design house has recently announced two new exciting ventures.
Firstly, it is collaborating with Soneva, the world-leading luxury resort operator, as a part of which, Soneva Fushi in Maldives will host a Good Earth pop-up shop at the resort. It is the first milestone in a larger association between the two, including a special holiday edit collection launch in August. Together they will share a glimpse of the brand, including bestsellers to signature products, consciously created for world travelers looking for design-led, thoughtful products while on a holiday. This curated collection will be available at Soneva Fushi until November. Common values and a shared belief in slow living and reconnecting with nature make them a perfect match.
Concurrently, Good Earth will be presenting the exclusive launch of a festive collection, “First Blush” by Anavila Misra. The collection includes saris, blouses and apparels made using techniques like printing, Khatwa and pleating that give subtle yet beautiful textures to the flowy silhouettes, complimented by soulful Indian hues like vermilion, cinnamon and cardamom. Along with New Delhi, the exclusive launch is also planned in the vibrant cities of Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
