October 19, 2018: Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai has launched their latest thali restaurant, Manuhaar, specializing in serving vegetarian cuisine inspired from two states, Gujarat and Rajasthan.
Manuhaar serves authentic Gujarati and Marwari cuisine. An extraordinary spread of the best vegetarian delicacies, thalis are usually considered the best way one can enjoy a scrumptious Indian meal. Experts in dal baati churma and gujarati kadhi, Manuhaar offers fine dining to those gourmands who enjoy signature vegetarian dishes.
With thali lunch available from noon to 3pm, Manuhaar also serves from 6pm onwards until 11pm, specifically targeting Jain guests who prefer following the chauviyaar tradition.
