The brand will launch a limited edition ‘Blanko’ in the game Blankos Block Party
June 15, 2021: Being a pioneer in digital luxury, and associated with ‘cool’ gaming technologies for a long time, Burberry has now announced it is partnering with Mythical Games to launch a limited-edition Blanko in the technology company’s game, Blankos Block Party.
To be released in July 2021, Blankos Block Party is an open-world multiplayer game featuring NFT (non-fungible token) vinyl toys known as Blankos, that players can collect, upgrade and sell. By introducing these playable NFTs, Blankos Block Party is creating a new play-to-earn economy and paving the way for the future of digital ownership in gaming.
