Castlewood Group celebrates the grand opening of its Phuket venues

March 2, 2016: Singaporean real estate developer, Castlewood Group celebrates the grand opening of its flagship developments, Dream Phuket Hotel & Spa and Dream Beach. 

The company threw a dazzling soiree with a Michelin-star menu and captivating tunes by New Heavies’ Jan Kincaid and Caron Wheeler from Soul II Soul.  

Dream Phuket Hotel & Spa bears five stars that marry luxury to sustainability. With 174 guestrooms, suites and villas located on the popular Bang Tao beach, it boasts an eco-friendly design that features passive ventilation and LED lights to cut on electricity expenditure as well as overhanging balconies and “green” walls to provide natural shade, among a slew of environmental solutions.

Dream Beach brings Ibiza to Asia. Hailed as Phuket’s most lavish beach club, it is a 2,000 sq foot, multi-level venue that rocks the popular Layan Beach. Ministry of Sound and its subsidiary Hed Kandi have already signed as the exclusive entertainment partners for Dream Beach, with the latter to throw monthly daytime pool parties. 

With both Dream Phuket Hotel & Spa and Dream Beach already operational, Castlewood Group continues its streak on the Asian high-end property market, with several other projects currently under construction.
