August 8,2018: Copper Bar Lounge at Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla has come up with a fascinating fusion of two of Spain’s most sought after delicacies - Tapas and Sangria - this August.
The delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian platter consist of Herb Crusted Lavash, Beetroot Roulade with onion Confit, Tomato Bocconcini Bruschetta, Crisp Vegetable Sliders, Chilli chicken toast, BBQ Fish Sliders, Butter prawn Bruschetta, and more. You can choose from classic Red and White Sangrias - Sangria Bianca and Sangria Pinto - to pair with these flavourful culinary treats.
The Lounge has also introduced new flavors of fruity Sangria such as White Lightning, a classic combination of white wine and vodka infused with spices and fresh fruits; The Vacation Sangria, a conventional blend of Red wine and Cointreau with fresh cranberry juice; Peach Mango Sangria, a mix of wine, vodka along with fresh peach and mango and; Silver Sangria, a traditional blend of Gin And White Wine with Fresh Green Apples and Black Berries.
These treats are available only till August 31, 2018 from noon to midnight. The unique and modern take on these delicacies will not only make your mouth water but also take you on delicious ride.
