Marriott Bonvoy brings three chefs for ‘The Asian Invasion’ - a celebration of Asian cuisine and flavors

Hamachi with Shaoxing Wine and Duck Pepper Fry Sausage with Kerala Parotta are some of the standouts from the feast.

August 7, 2023: Get ready to savor a medley of Asian flavors as Marriott Bonvoy brings the ‘The Asian Invasion’ to India. Three of Asia's exceptional and venerated chefs will come together to bring a unique and fine dining experience. Le Du Bangkok, Potong Bangkok, and Masque Mumbai will grace three events to provide their outstanding experience.

Starting on August 9 in Mumbai, August 11 in Bangalore, and August 13 in New Delhi, The St. Regis Mumbai, The Ritz Carlton Bangalore, and JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity will serve as hosts to exclusive dinners.

While Chef Varun Totlani of Masque Mumbai will bring his unique Indian flavors to the table, Chef Ton from Le Du Bangkok will showcase his imaginative culinary prowess. Both restaurants stand out for providing extraordinary gastronomical experiences.

Le Du Bangkok is best known for its inventive Thai food, and is No. 1 on the list of Asia's 50 greatest restaurants. Masque Mumbai is ranked as the 16th best restaurant in Asia. Joining the star-studded roster is Chef Pam from Potong, the 35th best restaurant in Asia's 50 finest lists.

The menu of this exquisite epicurean ride will feature the best of Thai flavors and traditions. Hamachi with Shaoxing Wine, Banana Prawn with Beetroot Sorbet, Duck Pepper Fry Sausage with Kerela Parotta, Pork Belly Sate, and Mango Sticky Rice will surely captivate your senses.
