Renaissance Mumbai Convention Center Hotel hosts 10-day Mozzarella Food Festival
January 8, 2016: Luxury hotel, Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, is hosting a mozzarella food festival, which will continue until January 17, 2016.
The festival will offer an enormous magnitude of dishes dedicated primarily to mozzarella di bufala at the hotel’s Italian restaurant, Fratelli Fresh. Experience Mumbai’s culinary adventure with Master Chef Christian’s remarkable assortment of artisanal cheeses. Among the long list of services provided by this festival includes a special mozzarella menu with eight mozzarella inspired dishes.
The festival also presents festival attendees with an opportunity to make their own favorite cheese at Renaissance Mumbai at 4:00 PM, January 9, 2016.
