January 23, 2019: Having had a successful run, the two Michelin star Chef Gaggan Anand is closing his restaurant in Bangkok. As a last presentation of his creative flair, the much-loved chef is offering a 15 course menu through ITC Hotels.
Chef Gaggan is on a four-city culinary tour with ITC Hotels before closing his restaurant. The collaborative dinners are called the “Last Experience of Gaggan” as a final adieu.
A one-of-its-kind repast of modernist and progressive re-interpretations of traditional Indian recipes by Gaggan Anand awaits diners at ITC Hotels in Mumbai and New Delhi now.
The restaurant Gaggan has been ranked No. 1 in The Asia's 50 Best Restaurants for four years in a row, and ranks 5th on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list of 2018.
Chef Gaggan’s menu will be offered at ITC Maratha, Mumbai on January 27, 2019 and at ITC Maurya, New Delhi on January 29, 2019.
