December 14, 2015: Actor and musician, Jared Leto, has been selected by Gucci Creative Director Alessandro Michele to become the new face of Gucci Guilty. Mr Leto will star in the new fragrance campaign shot in Venice, Italy, under Mr Michele's creative direction.
Mr Leto won an Academy Award for his performance in Dallas Buyers Club (2013). He is the lead vocalist and songwriter for the multi platinum selling band Thirty Seconds to Mars. In August 2016, he will star in the highly anticipated release of Warner Bros.' Suicide Squad, bringing the legendary Joker back to the big screen.
The news of the partnership was communicated first via snapchat where Jared Leto took over the official Gucci account to reveal the project.
