JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa’s restaurant East serves the lesser known, authentic taste of Indonesia in its latest dining experience.

Seamlessly weaving together all the flavors of Indonesia in an array of food, JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa is presenting a delightful culinary experience for food connoisseurs to savor.

Indonesian chef Saiful Agam, the head of the East kitchen, assembled this exquisite gastronomic extravaganza that is sure to transport diners to the heart of Indonesia, with his masterful renditions of traditional delicacies from the country.

The feast will include Balinese Ayam Betutu, a flavorful preparation, where a whole chicken is stuffed with cassava leaf, chili, onion garlic, fresh turmeric, ginger, galangal, and coriander, and wrapped in a fragrant banana leaf before being grilled to perfection.

The menu also offers the tangy and sweet Rujak Buah, a scrumptious mix of exotic sliced fruits and vegetables served with tamarind palm sugar sauce and chili, including pineapple, cucumber, raw papaya.

Classic Asian inspired cocktails and mocktails will be whipped up too. Relish these heavenly dishes while enjoying the stunning views of the majestic Nandi Hills.
