February 15, 2017: JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity is enticing all Kabab fans to K3, it’s all day dining restaurant, as it launches a 10-day Tunday Kababi festival from February 16 to 26, 2017.
Chef Vivek Bhatt, Executive Chef at the hotel along with his team went on a culinary trail to Lucknow to invite Chef Mohammad Usman, grandson of the legendary Haji Murad Ali, founder of Tunday Kababi to create this festival. Haji Murad Ali used to feed the Nawabs in the old days of Lucknow. Despite being handicapped, he managed to earn repute and respect for his specialty — preparing delicious and mouth-watering kababs with just one hand.
Some dishes to look forward to are Galouti kabab with Ulta tawe ka parantha, Mutton Korma, Paya Nihari, Chicken Stew and Mutton Stew
