Kiyan at The Roseate New Delhi celebrates Thai cuisine with ‘A Taste of Thai’

June 2, 2017: Kiyan, a restaurant at The Roseate New Delhi, celebrates authentic home cooked Thai cuisine at the ‘A Taste of Thai’ food festival. While guests are immersed in an explosion of flavors, they will be surrounded by the lush greenery and serene walkways of The Roseate New Delhi.

Thai MasterChef Joy, creator of the menu, offers guests a variety of dishes that appeal to them both visually and flavorfully. Goong Phad Phond Kraree, stir fried prawn with curry powder; and Massaman Lamb Chop, mouthwatering lamb chops paired with sweet potato and onion seasoned with cinnamon, will be a couple of options available at the festival. ‘Specialty platters’ are also on the menu, offered as a vegetarian or non-vegetarian dish.

For dessert, there are traditional Thai flavors, such as mango sticky rice with coconut milk and freshwater chestnut served with coconut syrup. This festival is ideal for those who wish to indulge in a taste of the east.
