Loews Vanderbilt Hotel completes $7 million guest room renovation
loews vanderbilt hotel nashville tn luxury renovationMarch 20, 2015: Loews Vanderbilt Hotel now boasts the newest rooms in Nashville following the completion of a $7 million guest room renovation.

Inspired by the image and fancies of a traveling artist, the 340-room hotel’s newly designed rooms draw visitors in to the musician lifestyle with moody gray tones and wood and leather accents that reference guitars and leather boots. Details including authentic guitar straps on head boards, nail head studded draperies, mix and match pillows, and art pieces comprised of bus tickets, concert pins and recording signs emulate the bohemian, collected-over-time ambiance of an artist’s apartment.

Tony Phillips, general manager of Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, said, “We wanted the design to have that ‘it’ factor that everyone associates with Nashville: authentic, fashion-forward and musically-influenced, but still warm and comfortable.” He added, “With hotel competition continuing to heat up in the city, this renovation positions us well for the future.”

The guest room renovation marks more than $20 million in updates to the hotel in the past two years. In 2013, the hotel completed multi-million dollar renovation that included the lobby, restaurant, bar, guest room bathrooms, corridors and presidential suites. Chicago-based Simeone Deary Design Group designed the looks for both renovations.
