December 29, 2015: Indian jeweler Nirav Modi has introduced new jewels to its Luminance Collection, in which varied diamond cuts are used to capture the playfulness and nuances of light.
Composed of carefully selected white diamonds, each jewel in the Luminance Collection takes a great deal of patience and time to select exactly the right kind of diamonds that will complement each other to bring a piece to life.
The diamonds are chosen to be perfectly proportionate and modulated to create visual movement.
Pear and marquise shaped diamonds in cuts ranging from brilliant cut, old cut, Jasmine cut and rose cut are arranged in graceful floral or cluster arrangements. Additionally, each diamond used in the jewels is crowned with a Pixie set tip, a setting unique to the brand, where fine diamonds are set with millimetre precision, creating an impression of diamond paint. This adds a subtle flourish when light strikes the jewel and further accentuates the depth and patterns of the design.
A scintillating play of light is the distinctive feature of this collection comprising bracelets, necklaces, earrings, rings and pendants, with jewels ranging from daily wear to exclusive pieces for special occasions.
