October 26, 2012: Park Hyatt Hyderabad is hosting a wine appreciation evening, with wine brand Saint Clair from New Zealand, on November 9, 2012.
Saint Clair family estate is owned by Neal and Judy Ibbotson in Marlborough since 1978 and produces some of the leading wines in the country. Mr. Matt Thomson, Consultant Winemaker from Saint Clair, will be conducting the evening and also explain the art of winemaking.
The evening will take the guests through Saint Clair’s sauvignon blanc, pinot noir and chardonnay wines, which will be paired with delectable recipes like baked zucchini and feta on a bed of tomatoes; New Zealand rack of lamb with truffle mashed potatoes, pancetta wrapped Kenya beans and red wine jus; olive crusted baked betki – carrot, broccoli with lemon caper fondue; and baked asparagus with ratatouille and saffron sauce.
