Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh offers a culinary extravaganza with 5 Michelin-starred chefs

This ultimate culinary experience will begin in September, finishing in December 2024.

Giving an added incentive to visit the Egyptian coastal city Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh is all set to introduce a series of exclusive dining experiences, beginning September 5. This gastronomic event will feature top chefs from around the globe, collaborating with Rixos Radamis’ Executive Chef Omer Yalcin in a Four-Hand Dinner, where their combined culinary talents will create a unique multi-course experience.

Each chef brings their unique expertise and culinary vision to the table, offering guests the chance to taste dishes crafted by some of the world’s most renowned culinary talents.

The culinary series begins on September 5-6 with Chef Thaninthorn Chantrawan, the esteemed Thai chef behind the Michelin-starred Chim By Siam Wisdom. With over 35 years of experience in high-end dining and a deep expertise in hospitality, Chef Thaninthorn is known for his inventive take on traditional Thai dishes, appealing to both local and international palates.

The spotlight is then taken by Chef Ekaterina Alehina of Russia, who will grace Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh from September 12-13. As Russia’s first female Michelin-starred chef, Chef Ekaterina is acclaimed for her expertise in French cuisine and her dedication to sustainable practices. Her restaurant, Biologie, not only earned her a Michelin star in 2021 but also received the Green Michelin Star, highlighting her commitment to eco-friendly gastronomy.

On October 23-24, Michelin-starred Chef Alexander Wulf, known for his German-Russian culinary roots, and TV appearances on Das Perfecte Dinner and Kitchen Impossible, will headline the event. Chef Alexander will showcase his innovative dishes, offering a fresh take on traditional German cuisine.

The culinary journey continues on November 24-25 with Swedish Chef Ebbe Vollmer, owner of the acclaimed two Michelin starred Vollmer’s restaurant in Malmö. Chef Vollmer, known for his meticulous and flavor-driven dishes, previously led Jaan to global acclaim in Singapore. Last year, he expanded his influence by opening a new restaurant, Ebbe, in Tampa, Florida, which has already won a Michelin star.

The series will culminate on December 4-5 with Dutch Chef Tim Golsteijn, executive chef of Restaurant Bougainville at Hotel TwentySeven in Amsterdam. Under his leadership, Bougainville earned a Michelin star in 2018. Chef Tim is celebrated for his modern gastronomic approach, which draws on flavors and scents connected to personal memories.
