March 9, 2021: Auction house Sotheby's has been presented the mandate to valuate and auction property from the residences of legendary designer Karl Lagerfeld.
The valuation (planned to last two months) will be followed by an auction in Monaco to highlight the designer’s strong connection to the Principality and the Sovereign family. This inaugural sale will take place in the second half of 2021.
The designer, loved and revered by many, had passed away on February 19, 2019.
