September 10, 2014: The French luxury brand, S.T. Dupont has introduced its ‘Armors Of Tomorrow’ Limited Edition collection of writing instruments and lighters.
The collection plunges headlong into the world of science-fiction and super heroes, evoking strong values of knights. Inspired by the armors of legendary American science-fiction heroes, it combines aesthetic purity and cutting edge technology.
Hand-crafted in S.T. Dupont’s workshops in Faverges, France, this futuristic collection combines traditional know-how with new technology. For the first time, S.T. Dupont introduced Advanced Ceramium Technology (Ceramium A.C.T.), a new reference material. As strong as steel and as light as air, Ceramium A.C.T. is exceptionally lightweight, extremely resistant and fireproof. Thanks to Ceramium A.C.T., lighters and writing instruments in the collection weigh 40 per cent less and are three times more resistant, symbolizing French excellence and the House’s perfection.
The ‘Armors of Tomorrow’ Prestige collection is composed of a Line 2.0 lighter and Line D.0 writing instruments made of Ceramium A.C.T. The Prestige collection is limited to 888 pieces each.
The ‘Armors of Tomorrow’ Premium collection is composed of a Defi ball point pen and a Line 8 lighter in matt black Dupont lacquer and chrome or palladium finishes. The Premium collection is limited to 1888 pieces each.
