October 3, 2014: French luxury brand, S.T. Dupont has introduced its King of Pearl – Haute Creation Edition in partnership with Robert Wan, the renowned producer of exclusive Tahitian pearls, and acclaimed jeweller Philippe Tournaire.
The King of Pearl, consisting of an exquisite pen and lighter, is inspired by the “God of the sea”, Poseidon. It pays tribute to the beauty of mother of pearl and celebrates the black pearl.
The King of Pearl Prestige Edition includes a white lacquer Prestige pen featuring a Poseidon crown with a yellow gold finish. A black mother of pearl cabochon cut adorns the top of the crown. The Prestige lighter in yellow gold finish is decorated with sculpted elements such as a delicate mermaid and a crown on its back. A black mother of pearl cabochon cut adorns the lighter’s front.
