September 16, 2015: Stetsons Modern Steak + Sushi in Chicago has launched its first sushi and sake tasting menu that amalgamates the flavors of land, sea, and sake in one menu.
Through five courses, guests can experience traditional Japanese dishes with an innovative twist including the Bacon Dashi Infusion, hotategai, kobe, ebi; to the Onigiri Bento Box, sake, maguro, hamachi, kinome, 24k gold leaf, soy; to the Spring Water Cake, kinako, kuromitsu (a dessert that is set to impress guests and leave them wondering how it is created).
To complete the sushi tasting experience, guests can also enjoy a tasting of three ($18) or five ($32) varieties of sake throughout their meal. The sparkling Junmai Shu, Banzai Bunny is a particularly amazing sake according to us!
