Executive Chef Chris Macchia’s menu features health staples like steel cut oatmeal, granola, egg whites and more, but his gourmet twists like smoked salmon, citrus salad and butternut squash will make this menu an easy choice.
The Healthy Start to 2015 Brunch Menu includes dishes like Housemade Granola Parfait with Organic Fruit Preserves, Pomegranate and Pineapple Smoothie with Greek Yogurt, Marinated Citrus Salad with Robiola Cheese and Organic Honey, Housemade Quiche with Tuscan Kale and Butternut Squash, Egg White Omelet with Smoked Salmon and Mixed Greens, and Steel Cut Oatmeal with Golden Raisins and Almonds.
