The specialties are a fine mélange of vegetables & meats, are a perfect combination with appetizers for lunch and even as a light meal for dinner. While Kieow Naam – Thai wanton soup flavoured with sautéed garlic is a healthy and satiating option, Payam Rassam – Apple Rassam tempered with Kerala spices, is a truly divine offering, and so is CA Nau Ngot – Vietnamese style clear fish soup with dill and tomato.
