January 13, 2011: All foodies of Mumbai can indulge in a great Italian fiesta at ‘The Laughing Cavalier’ restaurant in Malad with a wide range of authentic regional Italian cuisine. Starting January 14, The Laughing Cavalier restaurant will host a 10 day food festival, ‘Festival Della Cucina Italiana’ – a confluence of authentic regional Italian food, art and culture.
Chef Vijayraj Chauhan said, “Italian food is not only about pastas and pizzas. The festival is a toast to various aspects of regional Italian cuisine, wines and music. Choicest ingredients have been used to keep the authenticity intact." Signature delicacies will be accompanied with an array of limited edition regional wines, Italian art and culture.
