Using Asia’s only Louis XIII rare cask available at The Library, Leela’s bartendard have created the most expensive cocktails ever. Louis III Rare Cask 786 Smoked sidecar, the limited-edition cocktail priced at INR 1,30,000 (approx. $2,111) is made using the legendary Louis XIII Rare Cask 786, aged over 100 years in its most absolute and refined form. Infused with the Habanos cigar smoke, Louis XIII Rare Cask cognac mingles with the Grand Marnier which evokes a distinctive flavor to the sidecar and presents an experience in itself.
Another jewel in the crown is the Last Drop Old Fashioned, priced at INR 40,000 (approx. $650), which is tailor-made by muddling sugar with bitters and thereafter supplementing a shot of Last Drop 1960, the world’s most exclusive whisky, and a twist of citrus rind lending it a perfect finish, making sure you come back for more.
