November 9, 2012: Tod’s has launched its first D-Bag to celebrate the Indian Diwali. This limited edition collection of two pieces only is available at their boutique in New Delhi.
Taking inspiration from the festival of Diwali and mixed with the world of couture, the new Diwali D-Bag is a version of the D-Bag Luxury, which was launched at the Villa Necchi in Milan during the presentation of the Tod’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection. Keeping the essential design elements same, the Diwali D-Bag is made from special materials using extremely advanced manufacturing techniques: purple silk is combined with orange crocodile to create not only an eye-catching product, but also emblematic of the innovation and quality that lies at the heart of Tod’s.
