December 30, 2013: Luxury décor brand, Villeroy & Boch, is presenting its most luxurious outdoor whirlpools, so-called spas, which can be place in the garden or on the balcony!
Both the Premium line and the Comfort line profit from the further development of innovative technology. To date the Villeroy & Boch spas have been equipped with the patented JetPak I technology. Villeroy & Boch goes a step further with the JetPak II technology. This new generation actually needs no piping behind the JetPaks at all. This allows the seats to be moved towards the spa exterior, much increasing the interior space and legroom. When the filter is positioned in the centre, there is space for six fully fledged seats with four particularly comfortable corner seats. Optimal spa performance is achieved by the water being pressed by powerful pumps in the Aqua & Air-Unit behind the jets. The air is sucked in from above, mixes with the water and is forced through the jets. The massaging effect that results is significantly greater.
The JetPaks can be independently controlled and thanks to the Klick-System are easily interchangeable; they fit on any seat in the spa and can be rotated or upgraded as desired. The JetPaks II can also be steplessly regulated and turned on and off as necessary.
These are the first jets of this kind in the sector that are not completely round. They can be flush fitted without being inset, either in the JetPaks or directly in the spa shell. Jets built into the spa shell can be steplessly regulated, those integrated in the JetPaks can be controlled via the JetPak. The jets are available in different sizes with various functions. Fitted with significantly more back, neck, arm, leg and foot jets, the new spas can provide a unique "all-round massage".
In the Premium line, the whirlpools can be flexibly adapted to suit individual wellness requirements. The wide selection of seating possibilities, massage jets, styles, colours and functions allows everyone to find the right configuration, whether for one person living alone, a couple, or a family.
The exterior design is new and modern. The narrow, simple exterior edge makes the interior of the spa appear even more generously proportioned. High-quality, comfortable neck cushions ensure complete relaxation. It’s equipped with lighting packages including systems of changing coloured lights and unicoloured lighting elements. The in-built exterior lights, the central LED lighting and the lighting in the foot and filter area create an atmospheric ambience. A lighted drinks holder adds more convenience.
The Premium line is also provided with new, easily comprehensible controls – in the Premium line even including a coloured display and menu control. There is also a new control option with an iPhone or iPad app allowing the spa to be regulated via WLAN, so the water in the spa can be heated to the right temperature.
The new sound system, an optional feature, completes the relaxation experience. With up to eight loud speakers and an integrated subwoofer, the two versions Elite and Life provide the ultimate in listening pleasure – via radio, MP3 player or smartphone and with Bluetooth or USB connection according to configuration.
