Celebrate the end of a work day with a perfect pour of Louis XIII available in special half ounce pours priced at $100 per half ounce.
Make it a "PB& J and Louis Treize” by adding a suggested pairing of Executive Chef Nick Sutton's Brioche French Toast PB&J comprising made-from-scratch foie gras torchon and fruit jam, sandwiched between two hearty slices of decadent brioche French toast. And for those who prefer bubbles + shells for an after work snack, Vol. 39 resides as one of the only Dom Perignon destinations in all of Chicago and will be pouring Dom by the glass for $40, along with oysters on the half shell for $2.50 a piece.
As the evening winds down, Vol. 39 offers ‘Turn Down The Volume’, which literally tucks you in with a serving Milk and Cookies, including in-house made chocolate chip cookies paired with smooth Kelt Xo cognac every Monday – Friday from 9pm – 10pm.
