From Lotus Biscoff to cherry sorbet, the dessert menu is crafted by an all-women team of pastry chefs.
Amadeo By Oberoi has captivated both Mumbaikars and tourists with its exceptional culinary offerings and breathtaking architecture. Adding to its allure is the introduction of a tantalizing new menu, inspired by its culinary philosophy known as The Counter Collection. This menu will offer a harmonious blend of flavors from around the world.
Crafted by Executive Chef Kayzad Sadri and Japanese Master Chef Gregory Oblena, the new summer menu unveils unique delicacies such as sashimi salad rolls featuring buttery Hamachi and Tuna sourced from the shores of Japan.
Food enthusiasts craving something Chinese can munch on stir-fried haricot beans with black bean sauce, a succulent duck bao boasting crispy skin, tender meat, and a sweet hoisin glaze. For aficionados of authentic Indian cuisine, the menu offers Gucchi makhana, Kathal ke galouti kebab, and Malwani mutton sukka infused with traditional black masala.
Lovers of Italian taste can relish dishes like baked brie served with sriracha hot honey and sourdough crisps. To complete the culinary journey, homemade spaghetti a la chitarra topped with succulent hand-pulled crab meat is perfect.
The newly introduced cocktail menu, “What’s In a Name,” emphasizes taste and simplicity over extravagant presentation. An all-female team of pastry chefs will take care of guests’ healthy sugar cravings with a selection of ice creams and sorbets. You can delight in an array of flavors, ranging from 60% dark Belgian chocolate ice cream to fresh Alphonso mango, from popular choices like Lotus Biscoff and salted caramel to a zesty sugar-free cherry sorbet and a daring chilli and guava sorbet.
About the new menu Executive Chef Kayzad Sadri said, “The new menu at Amadeo By Oberoi celebrates the diversity of ingredients, both humble and exotic. From baked brie with hot honey to organic carrots charred over charcoal with goat cheese, each dish highlights the richness of flavours. Refined techniques have been used to coax more flavour out of the freshest ingredients, evident in both our food and beverage selections.”
Located at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center, Amadeo is an independent restaurant operated by The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
