January 14, 2021: Godrej & Boyce, the flagship company of the Godrej group has announced a collaboration between renowned home interior designer Krsnaa Mehta, and U&Us, its professional home interior designing and solutions brand, to co-create luxe and exquisite limited-edition homes and spaces.
This new collaboration, called ‘Krsnaa Mehta Signature Homes by U&Us’, brings the best of both worlds to homeowners. Not only will they benefit from Mr. Mehta's eye towards a vibrant, happy style which has been honed over two decades, but also with high quality bespoke interior solutions and professional services using U&US’ state-of-the-art visualization and customization technology platform.
Imbued with a vision of ‘home is where a story begins’, the new homes will help homeowners translate their persona and vision with panache and a large dose of distinctiveness. Every room will be customized to high standards, completed with signature upholstery, wallpaper, and décor accents from the India Circus brand along with customized furniture curated by U&Us.
After launching in Mumbai in January 2021, the Krsnaa Mehta Signature Homes by U&Us experience will launch across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune. This collaboration will see U&US venture into the luxury home interior segment and aims at addressing the 15% (home value ≥ INR 3 crore) of the 70,000 homes sold annually in Mumbai. The average ticket size of these projects will be approximately INR 40 lakhs.
