Franck Muller debuted an impressive array of new timepieces across its renowned lines, each representing an icon in its own right, at World Presentation of Haute Horlogerie (WPHH) – Franck Muller’s own watch fair. Among these, the Cintrée Curvexâ„¢ Imperial Tourbillon Baguette stands out as a pinnacle of luxury and craftsmanship. Let’s talk about this timepiece first.
The Cintrée Curvexâ„¢ Imperial Tourbillon Baguette transcends conventions with its “suspended” mechanism, as it doesn’t require a visible bridge on the dial side like traditional tourbillons. Additionally, artisanal techniques such as bevelling, circular graining, sunburst brushing, and double-centered fan decoration enhance each component, adding to the movement’s distinct character. This exceptional timepiece is available in both rose gold and white gold variants.
Featuring bold designs inspired by concept cars, the Franck Muller Curvex CX Flash embodies innovation and avant-garde style. Advanced materials like PMMA create fluorescent indices, interacting with light and laser-textured dials for depth. Available in Chronograph and Grand Date Chronograph versions, these timepieces redefine luminescence in watchmaking.
Another highlight is the Master Lighter timepiece – which is also a lighter(!) – created in collaboration with S.T. Dupont. Limited to 88 units per shade, the collection offers four variants—White, Blue, Black, and Color Dream, each reflecting Franck Muller’s iconic numerals and unique design elements. The White variant shines with a silver dial adorned with a sunburst pattern, while the Blue model reflects Franck Muller’s iconic blue hue. The Black version boasts luminova-applied numerals for a contemporary look. Lastly, the Color Dream model features vibrant colored numerals complemented by a skeleton movement in aluminum on the back.
The Vanguard™ Lady Slim Vintage boasts a slim, in-house automatic movement. Inspired by classic automobiles, it features pastel colors like salmon and olive green. Its Côtes de Genève decoration and off-centered seconds counter evoke vintage charm. Integrated leather straps ensure comfort, while the slim case houses a 42-hour power reserve.
Other stunning releases include Vanguardâ„¢ Open Back, Vanguardâ„¢ Lady Slim Skeleton, Vanguardâ„¢ Damascus Carbon Skeleton, Round Lady Skeleton Baguette, Curvex CX Master Jumper, and the Long Island Evolution. Which one are you going to pick?
